My Own Home Inspection Surprise!
Hi, I’m Michael Golliver
In the late 90’s I was a young Dad buying my family our first home.
My Realtor told me I needed an Inspection and gave me a phone number to call.
I called it and a man came, inspected the house and told me everything checked out!
I don’t remember that man’s name, but I do remember finding all sorts of unpleasant “surprises” shortly after we moved in.
Surprises like, a walled over window, and the fact that I couldn’t make toast and coffee at the same time without blowing a breaker, are a few.
I don’t want that to happen to you!
I want you to remember my name, and the name of my company, for giving you the best service possible!
Moreover, I want you feel great about sharing my name with everybody you know!
My Name Is Michael Golliver and my company name is Apexta
What’s In a word? “APEXTA”
People ask me, why did you name your company APEXTA?
Easy!
To begin Apex means “the pinnacle”, “the best” and I was told that by adding the “ta” suffix at the end of the word made it mean “The Apex” in Latin.
It’s also short, easy to spell, and sort of catchy, I think!
But the biggest reason I chose this name was to remind myself that APEXTA is what I want my business to be mean.
To that end, I sought out the best Home Inspection Certification training and tools available in the home inspection industry to provide you with the best home inspection possible.
Furthermore I have pledged myself to a course of rigorous continued education and tool upgrades to remain at the pinnacle of this Industry.
However, It’s YOU the customer that decides if I have earned the title!
